ACT 4 Bull Solid Parapsychic was the fourth toy in the series.
Unlike ACT 1, 2 and 3 no action figure was included with this boxed set.
Only the clothing, armor and weapons were included.
ACT 4 Bull Solid was a black colored version of ACT 1 Bull Solid without an action figure included. A Spiral Zone action figure could be purchased separately to wear these accessories.

ACT 4 Parapsychic Bull Solid also included decals and tiny rubber hoses to be connect the rifle to the back pack. Rubber hoses were also used for the helmet. .
